QALAQS Platform – Business Listing Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the participation of car dealers, car rental companies, and auto parts stores (collectively “Merchants”) on the QALAQS platform. By creating or maintaining a listing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the requirements stated below.
1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to QALAQS, including its website and mobile applications.

"Merchant" refers to any car dealer, car rental company, auto store, or spare parts seller listing products or services.

"User" refers to end customers browsing or purchasing through QALAQS.
2. Merchant Eligibility
- Hold a valid trade license in the automotive category.
- Provide complete and accurate company details (TRN, address, contact person, email).
- Agree to QALAQS verification and quality checks.
- Commit to providing up-to-date inventory and real prices.
3. Listing Guidelines
3.1 Vehicles for Sale
- Provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, year, mileage, GCC/import, chassis status).
- No tampered or misleading information.
- Vehicle must be physically available in the UAE.
- Upload clear photos of exterior, interior, odometer, and chassis number upon request.
3.2 Vehicles for Rent
- Show transparent rental pricing (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Clearly state security deposit, insurance type, and mileage limits.
- Ensure vehicles are fully insured and maintained.
3.3 Auto Stores & Spare Parts
- Clearly define whether parts are new, used, OEM, or aftermarket.
- Use product photos that match the actual item.
- Disclose warranties, if any.
- Counterfeit parts are strictly prohibited.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All listed prices must be final with no hidden fees.
- Price manipulation after a user inquiry is not tolerated.
- Payment terms for subscription or commission fees are defined during merchant onboarding.
5. Commission Structure
QALAQS charges monthly subscription fees for leads generated and business listings. Paid campaigns may be offered to promote merchant branding. Any future adjustments to the business model will be communicated in advance.
6. Lead Handling Rules
- Respond to user leads within 24 hours.
- Maintain professional and non-abusive communication.
- Repeated low response rates can result in suspension.
7. Content Requirements
- Upload only photos you own or have rights to use.
- Do not include watermarks that promote competing platforms.
- Avoid offensive, misleading, or inaccurate content.
8. Quality & Compliance
QALAQS reserves the right to remove inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, or illegal listings at its sole discretion. Merchants must comply with all UAE consumer protection and automotive laws.
9. User Complaints & Disputes
- QALAQS may investigate any complaint submitted by users.
- Merchants must cooperate with QALAQS support teams and provide requested documents.
- Repeated unresolved complaints can result in account termination.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
QALAQS may suspend or terminate a merchant account if false information is provided, counterfeit or illegal items are sold, user complaints persist, payment obligations are not met, or any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
11. Liability
- QALAQS is a listing and lead-generation platform, not a seller.
- Merchants are fully responsible for product/service quality, legality, and fulfillment.
- QALAQS is not liable for disputes between merchants and users but may mediate when necessary.
12. Data & Privacy
- Merchants must safeguard user data received through the platform.
- Selling, sharing, or misusing user contact data is strictly prohibited.
13. Amendments
QALAQS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
